This is one beautiful park, and a great one for the out of town visitors in reasonable shape.  We've selected about 1/2 of the park for this page (all the trails north of Buffalo Park Road except for the Dedisse Trail and the Wilmot Trail which don't loop with the rest), but it can be done easily in a single shot, especially on a cooler day.  The south trails are more suited to biking than hiking, but are nice to hike as well.  Maps are available at the parking area.  It is a GREAT place to bike, but be alert for horses- we've never been here and not seen at least one.  The trails are all beautiful, and mostly wooded and shady.  The Sisters Trail through the Three Sisters has many easy ups and downs, with some really spectacular spots along the way.  The Brother's Lookout is absolutely not to be missed- for out of towners in almost any shape this is an easy place to get to from either parking lot.  The best way to do this is to take the Bluebird / Homestead / Ponderosa Trails to the Brother's Lookout turnoff, there are not many ups and downs this way and the Homestead / Ponderosa / Brother areas are markedly different, giving you three visions of Colorado in one hike.  The other side of the Brother has more up hills and down hills to the south, and the Hidden Fawn Trail goes through some gorgeous forest that is not too dense and has, like every other trail in this park, awesome views.

Map being "drawn" as of 9/15, check back soon.

Restrooms at both Parking areas.

Here's some photos of the trail:
